Town Halls

Designed to be casual, open, and community-centered, Town Halls will take place on the first Saturday of each month at 8 AM during the Farmers Market in the City Hall Rotunda.

This is a chance to share ideas, raise concerns, and ask questions, well before issues reach the voting stage.

Monday Morning with the Manager

Join us for "Monday Morning with the Manager," held on the first Monday of the month at 8:30 AM in City Hall. This meeting will occur in the Executive Conference Room on Floor 2.

City Manager Jonathan Hayes will host the forum. You can attend in person or virtually via Zoom.

The Zoom link, meeting ID and passcode will be provided the Friday before the event on the calendar at www.panamacity.gov

Commission Meetings

The City Commission meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Both meetings occur at the Bay County Government Building, 840 W. 11th St.

The first meeting begins at 8 a.m., and the second begins at 4:30 p.m.

Commission Virtual Workshops

The City Commissioners will host brainstorming sessions at 4:30 p.m. on the first and third Mondays of each month. These informal discussions will allow the Commissioners to explore ideas before committing staff time or public funds.

Citizens can watch live online at www.panamacity.gov/369/Live-Stream or in Room 102 in City Hall.

While public comment isn’t taken during these early conversations, residents are encouraged to follow up with their commissioner to share input.

After streaming live, the video will be published to the City’s YouTube channel to serve as a record and allow citizens to watch at their leisure. https://www.youtube.com/PanamaCity11 

CRA Board Meeting

The Panama City Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board of Directors meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. at the Bay County Government Building.

You can attend at 840 W 11th St. in person or watch the live stream at www.panamacity.gov/369/Live-Stream.

CRA Virtual Workshop

The Panama City Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board of Directors will participate in a virtual workshop on Wednesday, September 17th at 4:30 PM for discussion purposes only.

It will be livestreamed at https://www.panamacity.gov/369/Live-Stream and recorded for later viewing on the City's YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/PanamaCity11.

Anyone without access to a computer may view the virtual workshop as it occurs in Room 102 in City Hall, where it will be available to watch.

Planning Board Meeting

The Planning Board holds public hearings on all proposals to change land use and land development regulations. Meetings are held regularly on the second Monday of every month.

This meeting will occur at the Bay County Government Building at 840 W 11th St. beginning at 4 p.m.
