Service Activation or Cancellation

Customers now have the ability to establish new, transfer or cancel Commercial or Residential Utility Services online. The process is simple...

  1. Complete the Utility Service Application in its entirety.
  2. Attach a copy of your Government issued picture ID along with a copy of the cover page of your lease/rental agreement.
  3. Sign and submit the Application.
  4. We will calculate your deposit and send an invoice to the email address supplied on the application (usually within the hour, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm)
  5. Once the payment is received your new account will be activated. Payments received before 12:00 noon will have the service activated on the same day.

The Utility Billing Division is currently unable to accept credit or debit payments for new service activations. Customers may submit payments via cash, check or money order.
