Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution No. 20230926.1 to transfer and utilize donated funds from Woodman Life Insurance in the amount of $10,482.00 to purchase Firefighting personal protective equipment and patient lifting assistance devices.

Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 20230926.5 and approve Utility Work By Highway Contractor Agreement for $240,500.00 with the Florida Department of Transportation.

11.c.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution No. 20230926.6 to transfer funds received from local Law Enforcement agencies in the amount of $9,795.00 to the Panama City Police Department.

11.d.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution No. 20230926.7 to utilize Hurricane Ian reimbursement funds in the amount of $73,303.06 to purchase deployment equipment for the Panama City Police Department’s use in future disaster responses.
