2023 Panama City Farmer's Markets on Saturdays 8am-1pm from January 7, 2023 until December 30, 2023. This recurring event is organized by the Downtown Improvement Board.

KOSA Mardi Gras Festival and Parades February 10, 2023 at 4pm until February 12, 2023 at 5pm. This annual event is organized by the Krewe of St. Andrews and will be held at Historic St. Andrews-Bayview Avenue and Parade routes.

Holy Nativity Episcopal School 5K and Fun Run March 4, 2023 from 7:00am until 10:00am along the pre-approved Scenic Cove 5K route. Event organizer is Holy Nativity Episcopal School.

3rd Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival October 7, 2023, 3pm-9pm at Carl Gray Park. This event is sponsored and organized by Quality of Life Dept.
