8.a.

Request to submit a letter of intent to Pierce Manufacturing and Rosenbauer to begin manufacturing a new Aerial Apparatus and Fire Engine for Panama City Fire Department.

Consideration to approve Resolution No. 20220125.1 amending the approved budget for fiscal year 2021-2022 to repair/replace the metal awning along Harrison Avenue at City Hall for $13,738.00.

8.c.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution No. 20220125.2 accepting a grant from Florida Division of Emergency Management in the amount of $194,000.00.

8.d.

Consideration to award contract for installation of City Hall lightning protection system to Capitol Electronics, Inc., in the amount of $24,300.00.

8.e.

Consideration of approval of Barge Design Solutions for Part 2 Architectural and Engineering Services for the Oakland Terrace facility in the amount of $252,311.00 (FEMA #82381).

8.f.

Consideration of Approval of proposal from AnchorCEI (See Attached) for additional CEI services for an amount NOT TO EXCEED $8,000.00 per month through April 30, 2022, associated with the TRIUMPH Gulf Coast Grant, Aluminum Fabrication Building (AFB) project.

Consideration of Amendment No. 3 to extend the subrecipient agreement between the Department of Environmental Protection and the City of Panama City for the Panama City Kings Bayou/Pretty Bayou Sewer and Water Expansion Phase II.

Consideration of a Change Order deducting the unused quantities of materials identified in the Bid Documents Scope of Work in order to close out the project. Quantities adjusted as outlined in the attached “Closeout CO Documentation: Summary of Pay Items For T-Dock Bulkhead Repairs and Anchor System” from Mainline Construction, LLC dated 19 January 2022 for a Lump Sum deduct amount of $210,444.25.

Consideration of a normal and routine final Payment Application associated with the contracted Scope of Work associated with the Panama City Marina Reconstruction in the amount of $237,283.66.

Consideration of support for an application for a National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) Emergency Coastal Resilience Fund grant for the Frederick Street wetland restoration and flood mitigation project.
