Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution 20220222.1 to use Florida Department of Transportation Subgrant Highway Traffic Safety Funds for overtime salaries and benefits ($24,000.00); purchase of one speed measurement trailer ($8,500.00); and one message board ($16,000.00) for program implementation. The total amount of the grant is $48,500.00 and does not require a match by the City of Panama City.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution 20220222.2 to use BJA FY 21 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program (JAG) Funds to purchase Fusus CORE Appliances as follows: one (1) Core Elite AI that runs 64 traffic cameras, one (1) Core Elite that runs 180 cameras for schools, eight (8) Core Pro that runs 24 cameras each for Charter Schools, and 38 Core Lite that runs four (4) cameras each (no set locations) in the amount of $21,601.00.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution 20220222.3 to utilize State Forfeiture Funds to purchase infrared laser weapon lights for SWAT in the amount of $3,289.00.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution 20220222.4 to account for multiple grants in the amount of $543,056.
