Note: This meeting is a continuance from the March 13, 2023, Planning Board meeting. Requests “5a” and “5b” will have their final City Commission public hearings on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 8 AM. Requests “5c” through “5e” will not have City Commission hearings as variances and redevelopments do not go before the City Commission. Requests “5f” through “5h” and “5i” will have their first City Commission public hearings on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, and the second reading/final public hearings on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 8 AM. Item “5j” will have its third and final City Commission public hearing on April 11, 2023. City Commission meetings are held at the Bay County Government Center Commission Chambers, 840 W 11th Street, Panama City, Florida.
