Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution 20220322.1 to utilize BJA FY 21 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program (JAG) Funds to expand the body worn camera program in the amount of $81,600.00.

11.b.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution 20220322.2 to transfer insurance proceeds for a totaled 2015 Dodge Charger (PCPD Vehicle No. 4567} to lease a 2022 Ford Interceptor from Bancorp and outfit with emergency equipment in the amount of $16,483.00.

11.c.

Approval of Budget Amendment Resolution No 20220322.3 to utilize State Revolving Funds for Lead Engineers, Panhandle Engineering and Mott MacDonald, Area U and Area S projects.

11.d.

Consideration of approval of Change Order (#1) for installation of the Lightning Protection System in six (6) additional City property locations to Capital Electronics, Inc. in the amount of $169,550.00.

11.e.

Ratification of approval of Change Order #2 in the amount of $104,990.69 for the Aluminum Fabrication Building per City of Panama City contract with Birkshire-Johnstone, LLC. as approved by the owner. (Eastern Shipbuilding Group)

11.f.

Consideration of approval of Panhandle Engineering, Inc., for Part 2 Architectural and Engineering Services in the amount of $526,230.00 for the Five (5) Park Bundle consisting of Cove Lane, Harry Edwards, Harvey Mathis, Sweetbay & Truesdale Parks (FEMA #82385).

11.g.

Consideration of Approval of Contract Amendment 14 with Hagerty Consulting in the amount of $344,000 for assistance with the Resilient Grant application and continuation of support for the CDBG-DR Hometown Revitalization grants.
