Consideration of Approval of Change Order # 1 for the Bollards and Pad Eyes Project to Eastern Shipbuilding Group Inc. in the amount of $0 in accordance with Change Order #1. This Change Order is incorporated in the Triumph Gulf Coast Grant.

Consideration of Approval of Change Order # 2 for the Bollards and Pad Eyes Project to Eastern Shipbuilding Group Inc. in the amount of $369,743.00 in accordance with Change Order #2 approved and recommended by DRMP (CEI for City of Panama City). This Change Order is incorporated in the Triumph Gulf Coast Grant.

Consideration of approval of Change Order #4 for the FIN Stabilizer Dredge Project to Diamond Services Corporation in the amount of $301,808.00. In accordance with Change Order #4 approved and recommended by DRMP (CEI for City of Panama City). This Change Order is incorporated in the Triumph Gulf Coast Grant.

Consideration of approval of top two Disaster Debris Monitoring Service’s proposals for RFP PC22-018.
