Consideration to amend the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget to include funding provided by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), to create the ARPA Fund and to transfer previously budgeted amounts to the ARPA Fund.

Consideration to Approve the expenditure of budgeted funds to expand the Police Department's vehicle fleet for eight new vehicles in the amount of $93,531.96 for the current year and for the total amount of $467,659.80 over a five-year period.
