Request One: The request to the City is to grant a variance from the corner setback requirements for a single-family home. The applicant is requesting a setback of 15 ft. along E 12th Street be allowed from the property line versus the normal 20 ft. required, 1200 Hamilton Avenue, Bundle Joy LLC, owner and Bay Builder Inc., applicant.
