Skate competition at Panama City Skate Park -Extreme Tour. Second annual concert and skate competition, free and open to the public. Event will include a live band and food vendor on September 25, 2022, 2pm-10pm.

9.b.

Oakley Wedding, October 1, 2022, from 4pm to 10pm, Oaks by the Bay Park.

9.c.

Panama City Jaycees Christmas Parade, December 3, 2022 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. Parade will travel from Tommy Oliver Stadium, South on Harrison Ave., and ending at 5th Street. Road closure from Bay High School to 5th St.

10.a.

Consideration to approve a Budget Amendment and Resolution No. 20220726.1 for a loan from First Federal Bank in the amount of $1,722,484.66 to complete the purchase for an Aerial Platform from Ten-8 and a Fire Engine from Rosenbauer.

10.b.

Consideration for acceptance of Grant for the Center for the Arts Restoration Planning and Budget Amendment Resolution Number 20220726.2 in the amount of $37,500.00.

10.c.

Consideration to set the proposed millage rate for Fiscal Year 2023 for the City of Panama City and the Downtown Improvement Board.

10.d.

Consideration of approval of setting the date, time, and meeting place of the tentative budget hearing for the City of Panama City and Downtown Improvement Board.

10.e.

Consideration of approval for purchase of In-Kind Projects in accordance with Consent Order (OGC File No. 19-1836) relating to wastewater collection systems and wastewater treatment facilities in the amount of $561,000.00.

Approval of SweetBay Apartments Phase 2 Project Conceptual Plan

Consideration of approval for St. Andrews Marina Architecture and Engineering Services change order # 2 in the amount of $63,398.00 to Moffatt & Nichol.

Consideration of approval for MLK Recreation Center Architecture and Engineering Services contract change order # 1 in the amount of $141,286.00 to CCR Architects.

Site selection approval for the new Performing Arts and Events Center.

Consideration to approve (i) Amendment II to Task Order No. 22-010 to SRF Lead Engineer Services Contract with Mott MacDonald Florida LLC (“MM”) approved October 12, 2021 ($300,000 maximum amount based on time and materials), (ii) Amendment II to Task Order No. 1 to SRF Lead Engineer Services Contract with Panhandle Engineering, Inc. (“PE”) approved October 12, 2021 ($300,000 maximum amount based on time and materials) and (iii) Budget Amendment Resolution 20220726.3 in the amount of $800,000.00 to cover the total amounts for Lead Engineer Services Contracts with MM and PE (including the Task Order, Amendment No. 1 and Amendment No. 2 for both MM and PE, the SRF Lead Engineers.
