Consideration to enter into Subrecipient Agreement with DEO for the Hometown Revitalization Program Project HEART: Harrison Avenue Streetscape Improvement and Budget Resolution No. 20220823.1.

11.b.

Consideration of Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Match Subrecipient Agreement for Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center and Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital, Utility Mitigation – Phase I and Budget Amendment Resolution No. 20220823.2.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution 20220823.3 and Panhandle Engineering Task Order Amendment No. 2 Project No. 13085 for construction engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for SRF Project Cherry Street Improvements Phase 1 & 2 in the amount of $199,720.00.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution 20220823.4 and award Bid PC22-045 (Improvements to PS61 in the amount of $2,403,700.00 with an additive alternative of an additional $92,900.00) to Marshall Brothers Construction and Engineering.

11.e.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution 20220823.5 and award Bid PC22-017 (Improvements to PS22 in the amount of $746,300.00 with an additive alternative of an additional $92.000.00) to Marshall Brothers Construction and Engineering.

11.f.

Consideration of approval of Change Order #5 for the FIN Stabilizer Dredge Project to Diamond Services Corporation in the amount of $7,500.00. In accordance with Change Order #5 approved and recommended by DRMP. This Change Order is incorporated in the Triumph Gulf Coast Grant.

11.g.

Consideration of approval of Change Order #4 for the Phase 1 Uphill Bulkhead Project to H.G. Harders & Son, Inc. in the amount of $38,726.27 in accordance with Change Order #4 approved and recommended by DRMP (CEI for City of Panama City). This Change Order is incorporated in the Triumph Gulf Coast Grant.

11.h.

Consideration of approval of JRA's revised fee proposal for Architectural and Engineering services associated with repairs to the existing Vehicle Maintenance Facility in the amount of $145,866.

11.i.

Consideration of approval of continuing professional services contract with Architects Design Group in response to requests for qualifications PC22-020.

11.j.

Consideration of Approval of Task Order Amendment No. 4 with Panhandle Engineering in the amount of $35,250.00 for additional engineering services for the Liberty Development Phase I and Phase II Turn Lanes.

Consideration of approval for Arnold Amusements to host a community carnival at the Panama City Mall from October 4th to October 8th, 2022.
