The discussion and adoption of the millage rates and annual budgets for the City of Panama City and the Panama City Downtown Improvement District for Fiscal Year 2024. This is to serve as the Final Public Hearing under the TRIM Act (Public Hearing, remarks are limited to three (3) minutes).

Consideration of Resolution No. 20230926.2 setting the Ad Valorem Tax Millage Rate.

Consideration of Resolution No. 20230926.3 adopting the Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Budget.
