Roll Call and approval of the Minutes for the July 11, 2023 Hurricane Disaster Relief Fund, Inc. Board of Directors Meeting.

2.

Confirmation of Officers for the Calendar Year 2024.

3.

Fiscal Year 2022 Audited Financial Statements.

4.

Approval of Financial Reports.

5.

Consideration to authorize reimbursement to the City for the cost of the Woods Field project using the Florida Power and Light, (FPL) donation.

6.

Consideration to ratify the activity associated with the rental of the seized properties prior to auction.

7.

Consideration to authorize reimbursement to the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and the City State Housing Initiative Partnership Program (SHIP) for misappropriation of assets using the proceeds from the sale of the auctioned properties.

8.

Consideration to authorize payment to Tipton, Marler, Garner & Chastain for the cost of the preparation of Form 990 for the year ended September 30, 2022.

9.

Approval of meeting dates for Calendar Year 2024 (1/9, 4/9, 7/9, 10/8).

10.
