Consideration of approval of Change Order No.2 from Vision Construction of North, Fl., Inc. in the amount of $21,092.00 to provide additional work for demolition of the existing MLK Recreation Center building.

Consideration of approval of Change Order No.1 from Break-N-Ground, LLC, in the amount of $4,300.00 to provide additional demolition work associated with the existing lcehouse facility located at the St. Andrews Marina.

Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 2 from Cover Down, LLC in the amount of $35,275.00 to provide the material supply and replacement of the front porch floor deck (cypress tongue & groove planks), the addition of four (4) pressure treated wood columns with cypress wrapping and concrete column footers for the McKenzie House.

Consideration of Approval of Contract Amendment 15 with Hagerty Consulting in the amount of $1,137,425.00 for continuation of Hurricane Michael Recovery and to extend the contract for Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA), Building Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), Hurricane Sally Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), and Resilient Grant.
