Consideration of approval of Change Order #6 for the FIN Stabilizer Dredge Project to Diamond Services Corporation in the amount of $534.379.69. In accordance with Change Order #6 approved and recommended by DRMP (CEI for City of Panama City). This Change Order is incorporated in the Triumph Gulf Coast Grant.

Consideration to accept a grant award and to expend funds from grant# FM729 in the amount of $5,231.25 from the State of Florida Department of Financial Services for the Firefighter Cancer Equipment Decontamination Grant Program with a required match of $1743.75, and approval of Budget Amendment Resolution 20221108.1. This request is to purchase personal protective equipment from Municipal Emergency Services, Inc. in the amount of $6975.00.

Consideration to accept a grant award and to expend funds from grant award# EMW-2022-PU-00305 in the amount of $327,577.00 from the FEMA Port Security Grant Program (PSGP) with a required match of $109,199.00, and approval of Budget Amendment Resolution 20221108.2. This request is to purchase a new fire boat vessel from SAFE Boats International, LLC under GSA Contract# 47QSWA18D005J in the amount of $452,028.70.

Consideration to accept a grant award and to expend funds from grant award# EMW-2021-FG-01721 in the amount of $209,090.90 from the FEMA Assistance to Firefighter Grant Program with a required match of $20,909.10, and approval of Budget Amendment Resolution 20221108.3. This request is to purchase vehicle exhaust removal systems for all 5 fire stations from Rossman Enterprises, inc. dba MagneGrip under HGAC contract# FL03-21 and piggyback bid contract 22-B-001 from the City of South Daytona in the amount of $230,712.00.

Consideration of authorization to accept and expend the funds from grant #EMW-2022- PU-00305 in the amount of $17,791.00 from the Port Security Grant Program (PSGP) and to include $5,930.00 from state forfeiture funds as the required 25% match as proposed in Budget Resolution 20221108.4 to purchase Maritime Armor for the Panama City Police Department SWAT team.

Consideration to enter into Subrecipient Agreement with DEO for the Infrastructure Repair Program for Project STORM Subrecipient Agreement and Budget Resolution No. 20221108.5.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution 20221108.8 to purchase two Zero DSRP Electric Police Motorcycles by utilizing State Forfeiture funds in the amount of $50,396.00.

Consideration to approve Budget Amendment Resolution 20221108.9 to purchase one INMAR Marine Patrol Inflatable Rescue Boat by utilizing State Forfeiture funds in the amount of $8,759.85.
