Public Workshop: Zoning for Transitional Community Residences

The City Commission for the City of Panama City will hold a public workshop on January 26, 2023 from 2 to 4 p.m. to discuss the zoning framework for transitional community residences. Zoning and Fair Housing Attorney Daniel Lauber will give a presentation on the recommended zoning for transitional community residences followed by a discussion among the Mayor, Commissioners, and city staff on the zoning approach and a question and answer period with citizens. The workshop will be held at the Bay County Government Center, located at 840 W. 11th Street. The workshop will also be streamed live on the City’s website, https://www.panamacity.gov/369/Live-Stream.
