The City of Panama City will accept bids to provide monthly maintenance for Athletic Field Maintenance at the Purchasing Division until 2:00 p.m., CT, on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Specifications may be obtained, and bids delivered at the Purchasing Division, 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, Florida, on our website at panamacity.gov or on our Bonfire Portal.
Submit bids in person at the Purchasing Division, via U. S. Mail or courier service, or electronically through the City’s Bonfire Portal. Bids submitted in person, or via mail must be plainly marked, “BID NO. PC22-033 ATHLETIC FIELD MAINTENANCE”. All bids must be received by 2:00 p.m., CT, on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at which time they will be taken to Room 010 at City Hall, opened, and read aloud. Please review all documents pertaining to this request before submitting requested information. The City’s preference is that bid submissions go through the City’s Bonfire Portal but will continue to accept paper submissions.
