General Notice

City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

PC SRF – CCTV & Rehabilitation Push Button Contract

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Panama City Purchasing Division located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, until Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 2:00 pm CT. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in Room 10 by the Selection Committee, who will evaluate the bids to ensure responsiveness and will make a recommendation of award.

The Project includes the following Work:

This project consists of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection and rehabilitation of existing wastewater and stormwater collection infrastructure across the City.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City Purchasing Division. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by emailing or in person at City of Panama City Purchasing Division, 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401, phone number 850.872.3070.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing office. Addenda, if any will be emailed to plan holders and will be available in a PDF format on City of Panama City's Bonfire Portal: https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities and on the City of Panama City’s website: https://www.panamacity.gov/bids.aspx.

There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project.
