Please join the Panama City Mayor, Commissioners and Police and Fire Departments at the Panama City Marina for a ceremony honoring and remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001 and rededicating the 9/11 Memorial at the Panama City Marina.

Calling all energetic little ones! Join us for our Tot n Play classes where imaginations run wild and playtime knows no bounds! Equip your child with a smile, bring along their favorite caregiver, and let's create unforgettable memories together. **Tot 'n Play is an unstructured, drop-in indoor playtime for children 5 years old and younger. **Equipment varies from site to site. **Mats, small, wheeled bikes and balls are available at most sites. **Children must be accompanied by a caregiver and supervised at all times. **Admission is Free. **Must pre-register. Join the City of Panama City on the Monday before City Commission Meetings (second and fourth Tuesdays) from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. for Monday Morning with the Manager. You can attend the forum in-person at City Hall (Room 010) or virtually via Zoom.

The Planning Board holds public hearings on all proposals to change land use and land development regulations. Meetings are held regularly on the second Monday of every month.
