St. Andrews Marina

Located in Historic St. Andrews, this marina offers boat slips, a fishing pier, fuel dock (both gasoline and diesel), pump-out services, restrooms, showers, and a ship’s store stocked with bait, tackle, snacks and more. It’s a hub for charter fishing, dolphin sightseeing, sailing trips, and features fish-cleaning services. The marina’s modern rebuild focuses on securing electrical, sewer, and perimeter upgrades to restore its full functionality
The St. Andrews Marina is currently undergoing an extensive renovation to bring you an even better St. Andrews Marina experience, but it remains open for business throughout the process!
Marina Ship Store
What's Inside? Bait, tackle, fishing essentials, ice, cold drinks, convenient snacks, unique coastal gifts and local merchandise.
Hours: 7 AM-5 PM, Daily. Extended hours during snapper season—check Facebook or call (850) 872-7240 for daily updates. Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Fishing at the Marina
Fishing is free with a valid Florida fishing license. If you're not a resident, you can pick up a 24-hour license in-store for just $2.00. Fishing pole rentals are also available at the Marina Ship Store if you want to go fishing but don't have the proper gear.
Local fish favorites from our docks include red drum, Spanish mackerel, black snapper, flounder, squid and much more!

Fuel
Mid-grade, ethanol-free gasoline and diesel are available at the Marina, near the Ship Store.
Charter & Boating Excursions
There are many opportunities to charter a boat or go on an excursion, all from the St. Andrews Marina! Whether it's deep-sea fishing, a dolphin cruise, a sunset sail or spending the day sightseeing on the water, your next adventure awaits at the St. Andrews Marina. Transient Slips - Limited Availability
We currently offer a limited number of transient slips for short-term stays. These are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may vary depending on construction and seasonal activity. Call the Ship’s Store at 850-872-7240 to check availability and make arrangements.
Slip Waiting List
Once construction is complete, we’ll be accepting applications for future boat slips. Both private and commercial vessels are welcome.

Note: Priority was given to tenants of St. Andrews Marina and Panama City Marina during Hurricane Michael. The list has been reviewed and approved by the Marina Superintendent, Parks, Culture and Recreation Director and City Manager.
Downtown Panama City Marina

Located along historic Harrison Avenue downtown, this marina is undergoing revitalization following hurricane damage. Negotiations are underway to reimagine the space with improved boat ramps, expanded slips and enhanced public access. Once complete, it will accommodate a range of vessel sizes and offer convenient docking in the heart of the City’s waterfront. In the meantime, the Downtown Panama City Marina is a launch point for boats, serves as a great spot for fishing and is home to many special events on the T-Dock.
