Audience Participation (Each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes).

Consideration and approval of Resolution 20250909.2 to adopt the tentative millage rates for the City of Panama City and Downtown Improvement District for Fiscal Year 2026.

6.

Consideration and approval of Resolution 20250909.3 to adopt the tentative Fiscal Year 2026 Budget for the City of Panama City and Downtown Improvement District.

7.

Motion to Adjourn.
